We are a military family who recently moved from Alaska. I had been looking at recommendations online for realtors in the area and Brandi's name kept popping up. I am so glad we found her because I cannot imagine working with anyone else - she was absolutely amazing. I would give her 10 stars if I could! We fell in love with a home we saw online and started the process to buy while we were still in Alaska. Unfortunately, the home had major problems and it ended up not working out (for the best.) Throughout this whole process Brandi was always super professional, honest, easy to communicate with, and had our backs. It was clear she wanted us to find a home that we not only loved but that was solid and a perfect fit for our family. Ultimately, we ended up finding an even better fit for us in Williamsburg and we are SO thankful with the way everything turned out. There's a reason Brandi is one of the top agents in the area - she knows. her. stuff. And being prior military herself, she just "gets it."

But beyond that, her most important quality is that she truly cares. She makes you feel as if you are the single most important client she has and she really listens to your wants and desires. The home was only on the market for five days before it sold. We are so grateful to Brandi for guiding us through each step of the process and her personal touches such as being there herself for repairmen when we could not and understanding the needs of a military family. I cannot recommend Brandi highly enough. She is best!

Brandi assisted us through both our home sale and new home purchase. The purchase was a particularly intricate contract negotiation, and Brandi managed the process and negotiations exceptionally well. It was a stressful situation for us, but Brandi remained calm and efficient throughout, which definitely helped our anxiety level. Managed the contract complexities, coordinating between the Attorney and the seller's agent the many litterations. Really, there was nothing she didn't do for us.

No stone was left unturned and there were no surprises. She went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure our questions were answered and our fears put to rest. At the end of the day, our house sold in less than 24 hours! The whole process was super smooth because of Brandi’s professionalism and attention to detail. I can not recommend her highly enough... simply the best!
