Rebekah was helpful with advise for preparing the house
even though I thought I had done what was necessary. She was not pushy about it at all, just advising me throughout the process. Rebekah provided resources that worked out well, from painter, to electrician, to house cleaner. I am very pleased with the whole process and it certainly took less time than I anticipated.
