Having a superb realtor helps the selling process. Sue was our realtor for selling our house. She is knowledgeable and showed her expertise in preparing and marketing our property. She went the extra mile to insure everything was ready for closing. We have worked with other realtors and they don't compare.

She was available to show requested property with very little notice which was extremely valuable to us as we were randomly in the local area. She presented herself extremely knowledgeable, professional and demonstrated a sincere interest in meeting our specific needs based on our home search criteria. Sue was most helpful and met or exceeded all of our needs at each showing.

We were EXTREMELY happy, satisfied and impressed with all Sue accomplished for us. She was very patient as we tried to get signed documents back to her while we were in Japan when our home sold. It was a bit surreal for us to say the least. Our new home purchase is intended to be our last (retirement), but if we ever do have a need to sell and buy local again, Sue and Liz Moore & Associates would be our one and only call. The most valuable was she negotiated a lower price and fair concessions from the seller of the home we purchased. We also felt she accurately priced our home to sell.
