I think that Tony’s calmness helped a lot. He helped get us moving forward (quickly) by setting a schedule, which was what we really needed to get moving on things. The easy thing was that we knew that the schedule was not an absolute, but, it gave us something to shoot for (and, we met his proposed schedule). We appreciated his guidance on both those transactions, and felt like he was the appropriate choice for this sale.

I wasn’t looking, but, when I surprisingly found something I liked, I asked him to represent me, and, he jumped right in. Tony took a lot of the day-to-say worries away from me. He gave me good advice in areas where he could. He took, essentially a load off my shoulders. If I should ever need a real estate agent again, it will be Tony.
