We did not have to figure anything out. All arrangements were made through Tony, leaving us only to figure out how to pack. This was our first time selling with an agent and there is nothing that Tony did not do. He was professional and stayed on top of all events making the selling experience as pleasant as possible. The pre-inspection was very helpful and the Matterport was a pleasant enhancement. We very much enjoyed receiving the black and white picture of our home at closing. It sits front and center of my bedroom in my new home.

Thanks to Tony, selling our home could not have been easier. He guided us through the entire process, made calls to the appropriate people and made everything happen. While packing & cleaning a home is a stress-filled undertaking, Tony took many of the burdens off of us. From the photographer and stager, the actual selling of our home, to the inspections, he took care of it all. His list of contractors were prompt and thorough in fixing our minor repairs. His knowledge of the market served us well and we thank him for providing us a wonderful home selling experience.
