I very much appreciated Ellen's mix of professionalism, knowledge, integrity, enthusiasm, and positive attitude while still being realistic.
Hard to identify one thing, but since this was a first for me, what was very valuable was Ellen keeping me informed of whatever I needed to know at the time. Little and big things. And she never overwhelmed me. She gave me the information as it became pertinent. And she answered my questions clearly and completely.

If I wanted to criticize Ellen, I could not do so honestly. She is the best realtor I've ever worked with.
I always knew she was in my corner. Our transaction was difficult and I never doubted that she knew what was going on and what steps we could take next that would put us in the best possible position.

Ellen did a fantastic job selling my house last spring. She worked with me on pricing the house just right so that it sat on the market far fewer days than similar houses in the neighborhood.
