Purchasing a home during the COVID-19 pandemic and deciding to write an offer for a home can be a swift decision. Cathy made that decision easy by showing me multiple different types of properties to make sure that I made the best decision in my first home purchase. She provided me all of the resources and tools that I needed to make a more than satisfactory decision

From writing the contract to closing, everything was seamless!

Cathy was always available through text or call or even facetime. She facetimed us and sent us a video of the house as well. We were able to comfortably put a strong offer in without actually visiting the home. I can't recommend Cathy enough. She even went and did some measurements and took a painter through the home to get us a quote. AMAZING!!!!
