My name is Jane Hoover and my husband (William Hoover) and I recently sold a townhome we owned in Williamsburg, VA. Tracey Mendoza was our agent.

Exceptional work keeping me informed.

It took a long time for the house to sell (16 months), but Tracey remained engaged the entire time.
In the beginning, when we were prepping the house to sell. Tracey was very helpful in obtaining estimates and meeting workers to give them access. Since we live an hour away, we especially appreciated her help.

She accommodated our very specific tastes! She was a trooper. When we couldnt find the right house, she found us a lot and a builder! Tracey is friendly & professional.
