Tracey helped me purchase, and then later sell, my very first home. She made me feel comfortable right away and that none of my (million) questions were stupid. This came in handy because there was so much important information involved and I was brand new to the realty realm. She handled all the “heavy lifting” of negotiation and sticking up for me when other players involved were not treating me fairly. I always felt like she was advising me to do what was in MY best interest and that I had freedom to decide whatever I wanted with no pressure. If I ever move back to Hampton Roads, I would LOVE to hire her again.

You should probably give her a raise! With skills like hers she would be a valuable asset to other companies willing to pay more money! I supervised hundreds of people in my career in the fire service and I know good people when I see them.
