Who answers emails, calls, and texts immediately? Despite what I can only imagine is a very busy work and family schedule, Stephanie responds immediately. In today’s world I find that to be exemplary. She is focused and spot on. I never felt rushed. She always gave us her full attention and was a wealth of information regarding recommendations for tradespeople. Her ideas were always fresh and so helpful. I feel like Stephanie “got us” immediately and totally understood what we needed in a home. Just a brilliant skill set all the way around for her career. I recommend her to everyone I know. Well done! How lucky we are to have meet Stephanie. She has done a fabulous job and quite honestly she is the agent I wish we could have had in past real estate transactions.

what would have been reasonably expected and really positioned herself as my representative and fiduciary, which as an out-of-town buyer, was really important to me. She did a ton of legwork and made herself available for a thousand questions. What I found especially valuable was that she did not shy away from offering her frank opinion without making me feel strong-armed or manipulated.
