Faith did an excellent job as my buyer's agent. Before I was ready to start looking at homes, she helped me become familiar with the selection of homes that were available, which saved time later. When I was ready to look at homes, she was very patient and thorough about showing homes. She effectively discerned what I like and didn't like. Faith pointed out features of homes I looked at, which helped me narrow down the choices, but I never felt like I was being steered. Her very good knowledge of the area and the market helped me in comparing different homes. Since I already had a contract to sell my existing home, I needed to find a new one to buy quickly, and Faith was great about being available when I needed her services. During the buying part of the process, Faith effectively and assertively represented my interests as a buyer. She was also very diligent about following up on some loose ends after the closing. Throughout the entire process, Faith was always friendly, polite, professional, and thorough. Her services helped find a house that I love at a good price, and she kept the whole process on track .

Faith Heinen has been great to work with through the whole process of getting the house up for sale. She is very easy to work with, is always available and has spent considerable time on my home sale. I appreciate her input on things that would make my house show well, and suggestions for small changes with big impact. She is fantastic with taking care of all the paperwork involved, all of the details and making sure things happen on schedule. I feel very well represented by Faith and the Liz Moore office. I was also very impressed that the Liz Moore services included a pre-sale home inspection and having a home "stager" come to evaluate and make suggestions on how to make the house look its best. This was amazingly helpful to me, to see my house as a potential buyer would, and I feel it is giving me an edge in the market. In general, my experience, so far, is that both Faith & Liz Moore & Associates are very organized, and have a comprehensive understanding of the real estate market in Williamsburg.
