Faith lowered my expectations regarding selling price, which were inflated from online estimates and kept me calm when I began to freak out. It was helpful that the buyer’s agent was also with Liz Moore. This created a level of trust that helped to facilitate the transaction. Peter Bloch was invaluable in helping prepare the property for listing.

When we had narrowed out search down to Brandon Woods we found that the market there was very competitive. Faith was able to schedule us as the first to view the property we bought, We made a full-price offer, so negotiating was minimal. She kept on top of all the requirements between signing of the contract and closing. Our purchase was seamless and the sale of our house miraculously speedy, so I can't think of anything more she could have done.

This was amazing as some of our new neighbors waited as long as three years for a buying opportunity. She arranged a showing the very first morning we were in town, and we completed negotiations and signed all of the paperwork by the next day. We couldn't be happier.This is the second property we have purchased with Faith as our agent, and this purchase went as smoothly as the first. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional, and she is so personable as well. It felt like we had a personal friend working on our behalf. We are so lucky to have found her!

Faith sold us a condo whose seller initially said "Nothing would be fixed" Well, thanks to Faith they put a new sink, a new dishwasher and fixed lots of stuff. $3,000 worth of improvements.I don't know how she did it. She has great negotiating skills. She was very knowledgeable about financing, condo rules, settlement, repairs, Etc.

in understanding what we were looking for both internally and externally in our new home. As we were out of town buyer, this was especially helpful as we relied on Faith's review of properties in determining ones that were worthy of our interest. Faith did an excellent job as my buyer's agent. Before I was ready to start looking at homes, she helped me become familiar with the selection of homes that were available, which saved time later. When I was ready to look at homes, she was very patient and thorough about showing homes. She effectively discerned what I like and didn't like. Faith pointed out features of homes I looked at, which helped me narrow down the choices, but I never felt like I was being steered. Her very good knowledge of the area and the market helped me in comparing different homes. Since I already had a contract to sell my existing home, I needed to find a new one to buy quickly, and Faith was great about being available when I needed her services. During the buying part of the process, Faith effectively and assertively represented my interests as a buyer. She was also very diligent about following up on some loose ends after the closing. Throughout the entire process, Faith was always friendly, polite, professional, and thorough. Her services helped find a house that I love at a good price, and she kept the whole process on track .
