Faith was able to schedule us as the first to view the property we bought, We made a full-price offer, so negotiating was minimal. She kept on top of all the requirements between signing of the contract and closing. Our purchase was seamless and the sale of our house miraculously speedy, so I can't think of anything more she could have done.
