We ended up getting the statement revised, which resulted in a larger amount of money for us–always a good thing when you are the seller! This was such an added bonus because we absolutely adore Brooke (in the Richmond office), who Faith referred us to. She is the perfect match for us and is truly outstanding at what she does!
