I found both Faith & Kasey were great at anticipating any needs during the preparation and sale of my property. Both agents made me feel very comfortable with the sales process and gave me time lines and all information I needed at every step during the sale.

The property that I purchased was somewhat problematic from the onset. The seller insisted upon three months to vacate the premises. During those three months there were any number of setbacks. Faith responded to all of those with the utmost confidence. I am grateful for my lovely home and to Faith for her professional services.

She helped with finding contractors and additional services as needed. She handled communication between the two co-owners very efficiently, effectively, and professionally--it could have been contentious between the two owners at times.

She made herself available to us by email, telephone and text, which really made scheduling (whether it was photographs, showings or the inspection) a breeze. Additionally, Faith always made sure that she sent us a reminder email or text before appointments, which kept us prepared and organized during a really busy season of life. During closing, Faith found a duplicative charge on the settlement statement and didn't hesitate to inquire on our behalf. We ended up getting the statement revised, which resulted in a larger amount of money for us–always a good thing when you are the seller! This interaction is symbolic of the type of realtor Faith is: client driven, detail oriented and someone you can trust. We are so thankful for her assistance and support, and would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for an agent in the greater Williamsburg area! After meeting Faith for the first time and explaining that we were not staying in the area (but didn't have solidified plans for what was next), she was quick to offer her support and refer us to another Liz Moore realtor in the area where we were moving. This was such an added bonus because we absolutely adore Brooke (in the Richmond office), who Faith referred us to. She is the perfect match for us and is truly outstanding at what she does!
