Any concern we had you addressed immediately and with such confidence that we felt reassured that you had everything under control and that we had someone working for us who could handle all the details smoothly. Even I managed to sleep at night knowing that you were in charge. We have no idea how many other properties you were handling at the same time, but you made us feel that we were your chief concern.
