Nan has worked with me for 2 years beginning with my initial inquiry to selling my home. She was very attentive in allowing me the time needed to reach a decision to sell keeping in contact just enough but visits getting to know me and my thoughts about selling. Once I made the decision she let me know exactly what needed to be done, had suggestions, but I always left the decisions to me. Once I had a good handle on what needed to be done she left me alone to do it but was always available when I asked. She was not in a hurry. Really listened to me and gave gentle direction allowing me to be in charge.

Sold our home quickly and efficiently. Helped us set an aggressively realistic selling price

for both us and the sellers to come to a terms on the purchase. Nan is a very caring person, and went WAY beyond her role as our agent to help the seller, and elderly lady, get the deal done.
