We cannot begin to express our deep appreciation and gratitude for everything Charlotte did for us. She was very professional, knowledgeable and insightful. We lived in NY when we decided to buy a house that was just in the beginning stages of being built and we were only able to visit the site occasionally. She spent countless hours at the site and with us. She sent pictures and updates periodically. She was always available for questions and always responded quickly to our calls. Her knowledge of the area and her candor were greatly appreciated.
