Everyone we have recommended her to has been quite pleased. Cheri assisted our daughter in the purchase of her first home, a condo, six years ago. We shared our desires and concerns about location, purchase price and future sale outlook. Cheri’s advice was always accurate. We’ve used Cheri Nice at Liz Moore and Associates for all of our real estate needs. When we lived in Kentucky, she helped us sell our condo in Virginia Beach and then a few years later helped us relocate to the area from Kentucky. We trust her so much that I had her help my mom relocate from Michigan to the perfect home in Williamsburg. What I like most about Cheri is that she has so much knowledge and a great network of professionals that she pulls in as needed to make sure everything is taken care of. What I found most valuable was the pre-inspection, trustworthy and fair priced work referrals, and solid advice on what we needed to do to get the house ready. Cheri was all that I want in an agent.

We could see that she was knowledgeable yet personable. Cheri helped us ready our house to sell, was a little "tough" on what needed to be done, which we needed. She was always reachable for questions and needs along the way. Even if she was in the middle of something else she would at least acknowledge our text and would get back when convenient.
