If any of our friends are looking to buy or sell, we will be giving them her name.She came and had a sit down with us and explained everything that had to happen and she also provided us with other useful information involving our rental property. She kept us informed on what was happening and what would happen next. Keeping us informed was key!

Elizabeth drove long distances to help me with my house purchase. She negotiated the best possible deal for my new house and helped me get more for my old house than anyone would have suspected. She helped me find contractors for the repairs that I needed to make on my old house. In essence, she took a great deal of the load of home selling and buying off of my shoulders.Because I purchased an older house Elizabeth made sure that I had a home warranty. She has sold three houses for me and assisted in the purchase of my last three houses.

She is knowledgeable, efficient, professional and FUN! Elizabeth is a good listener. She paid attention to what we said and was able to find the "exactly right" home for us. She did everything right. Our entire experience was outstanding! The office staff was welcoming and friendly. Elizabeth was always available to us and our times together were wonderful.

Elizabeth showed up at our first meeting with an entire booklet prepared just for me about housing prices in my neighborhood and that was very impressive. She provided an assessment to my house and was able to list it well above what I expected to be close to the assessed value. She also staged the house with items of her own to help show the house well.
