She is all the things you want in a professional. Knowledgeable, responsive, but most importantly she has your interest at heart. We didn't need to move, it was a "want" which made us a tough customer. But, Heather is patient and willing to provide the feedback you need to make a good decision. She was always willing to discuss anything and always ready to show properties. And we saw a lot more than a few. However, she was never impatient and never wavered in her support of our goals.
