She handled everything for me from start to finish!. Excellent Service!

In my experience, Heather has been a very attentive, efficient, and communicable agent. When I need help selling a house in the future, there is no question, I will definitely hire Heather again. She is very good at what she does. If there were papers to sign and we couldn't go to her at the time, she would come to us. My husband and I are 100% satisfied with her service.

Mrs. Moorefield is by far the best realtor that my wife and I have ever used to sell and buy our properties.
She sold our house in a down market in roughly 4 months and helped us into a rental until our next purchase.
She then helped us buy a 'short sell' in 3 months. And in the process of our purchase she found every possible way to get us the best deal possible. All the while uncovering that the house we bought had a 'Title' issue that was not discovered by past agents dealing with this for mentioned house. Not to forget to mention she resolved the 'Title' issue as well.

Heather is AMAZING!!!! She is so personable and easy to talk too as well as very professional. She listens to what you want in a dream house and she finds it. It seemed like it took forever for us to find the perfect house and Heather was with us every step of the way. She went with us to look at house after house and sometimes back to the same house numerous times. She was always researching and suggesting houses for us to look at. When we finally found the perfect house, she made the process so easy and smooth. She stayed on top of our lender and was always one step ahead of what was needed to be done.
