Heather Moorefield was the best possible agent I could have chosen. When she first visited my home, I was immediately impressed by her professional demeanor and knowledge of the real estate business. She answered the phone immediately almost every time that I called (and it was a lot). When she couldn’t answer, I always received a quick call back. She kept me in the loop and updated me on every event as it occurred. Heather offered me much sound advice that really aided me in selling my home. She paid close attention to every detail and let nothing slip by. When I was having problems getting a local company to complete a home repair item required for closing, she personally visited the business and spoke with the owner. The next day the repair was made. Heather went well beyond the call of duty on multiple occasions and she was invaluable to me as a “friend” and a realtor.
