My wife and I are relocating from California where I was a Real Estate Agent, Real Estate Office Manager for the number one office in Pasadena Ca, and lastly a Regional Vice President of the largest and most successful office in the Pasadena area with over 350 agents. I say all of this not to brag but to share I have been an agent and managed great agents for over 23 years and I would but Jennifer right up there with some of the best I know. If you're looking for experience, drive, local knowledge and attention to detail look no further.

Jennifer is more than an agent. She staged our home and even pitched in at times to help prepare it. She also used some of her inventory to help stage. She checked up on us after the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home in N.C. She always answers her phone or return calls, texts and emails right away. She helped us find a great agent in N.C. to assist with our purchase there. She guided us in every part of the process. She fought for us when the agent for the buyer of our sold property was non responsive and at times unprofessional. Her efforts in the sale of our home helped us to close on our new home one day after the sale of our old home. She has had events at her home for several of her clients. She treated us as though we were her only clients, even though she had several others. She is the best and we could not have done it without her. Her advice and guidance helped our house to get multiple views, resulting in two solid offers on the first day of showing. She critiqued both potential buyers and chose the one who ultimately bought our home. I could go on, but I think you get the point. Thanks Jennifer. PS, she treats you as a friend and not a money making client. Treated us as though we were her only clients.

She sold the house to us in 2018. She was beyond helpful with both transactions. Jennifer is kind, patient, knowledgeable and ahead of the game at every step. I will never use another agent if selling or buying again. Jennifer listed our home very quickly, per our needs. She brought items to stage the house in a better light. She answered all messages quickly. There was nothing that Jennifer didn't do! Jennifer was lovely from beginning to end of both transactions.
