As a team, their clearly defined roles are nothing short of impressive. Sully went to work setting a fact based, indisputable selling price based on an informal but nonetheless flawless “Sullivan” algorithm. Teresa’s input ensured we, the clients, were particularly comfortable with the figure after eliciting our numerous data points. Then another of her myriad of skills was brought to bare in amazing fashion. She put together a marketing package that was tediously crafted to realize maximum visibility, while ever mindful of overexposure. Descriptive print material eloquently detailed every feature of our home. Still photos were perfect and a masterfully crafted virtual tour package drew perspective buyers to our house like moths to a flame. They painstakingly stepped through a weekly checklist that not only left no stone unturned, but provided an invaluable feedback loop to us. Each week, the checklist exponentially intensified as it grew with simultaneous points of attack. In the end, our house sold well within the area average and right at our “proceeds” takeaway target. Sully and Teresa are exceptional. If you are not engaging them to quarterback the purchase/sale of your next house, dream home or not, then you are inexcusably using the incorrect team; be it be yourself or some other.

We purchased a home with them 17 years prior and were so very impressed with their expertise we told them then that if we ever sold our new home they would be our realtor. When we made the decision to sell our custom home Teresa and Sully were the first ones we called. They walked us through the entire process step by step. When you had the best realtors working for you, you cannot go back to anyone else! Wow! I knew that they had an excellent reputation from both customers and other realtors (which is highly exceptional) having been a realtor before. I never expected our home selling experience to be so easy. From our very first meeting, Sully & Teresa ensured all our needs and requirements were met. They even went beyond what we expected and saved us thousands of dollars by their wealth of knowledge of the market and a great team working with them (which you only get from experience of over 27 years). They were outstanding! Taking things off our plate at times to give me more breathing room, connecting us with contractors needed for repair work and reaching out for information and keeping us up-to-date was most valuable.
