Rating*****I have had the unique pleasure of working with them on both the sale of my current home and the purchase of my new home. They are extremely knowledgeable of the market especially in regards to the pricing and timing of listing a home. They display incredible expertise of all real estate situations and respond very quickly to email and text messages which is important with information and decisions needing to be made quickly. I felt completely comfortable having them negotiate on my behalf feeling confident that they have my best interests at heart. I am most impressed with their honesty and integrity! I would and have recommended them highly to anyone who is in need of a realtor.

Our home sold in five (5), yes, five (5) days and found our perfect forever home for us. The Sullivans handled ALL the details with flawless precision and made one of life's most stressful situations an enjoyable experience! We felt like we were the only client they had. In such a complex and detailed buying/selling transaction we needed the best -- so we worked with the Sullivans. When you had the best realtors working for you, you cannot go back to anyone else! Wow! I knew that they had an excellent reputation from both customers and other realtors (which is highly exceptional) having been a realtor before. I never expected our home selling experience to be so easy. From our very first meeting, Sully & Teresa ensured all our needs and requirements were met. They even went beyond what we expected and saved us thousands of dollars by their wealth of knowledge of the market and a great team working with them (which you only get from experience of over 27 years). Sully & Teresa were a pleasure to work with! I enjoyed them so much, this is the 2nd home they have sold for me. They made everything easy for us by selling our home even when we were in another state. Prayer and knowing they are people of excellence was most valuable. They did everything, even things that I didn't even think about. Sully and Teresa are outstanding.

They were outstanding! Taking things off our plate at times to give me more breathing room, connecting us with contractors needed for repair work and reaching out for information and keeping us up-to-date was most valuable. There was no pressure from them and always had our best interest. They were very intuitive in knowing how to handle every situation. This team got us through selling and buying a house with the minimum of stress--on our part! They took on all the hard stuff and did most of the worrying, always reassuring us and reassessing our needs as we went along. Honesty and their client's welfare are their first priorities and coupled with their professionalism and wealth of knowledge give them the edge over any of their colleagues. All questions, no matter how trivial, were answered immediately. Support was provided every step of the way, even after closing. Their patience and sense of humor kept us from taking the wrong direction many times, yet all advice was gently and respectfully given. Teresa was a blast to go house hunting with, and Sully, somehow, made all that paperwork understandable, while making us laugh at all the hoops that had to be jumped through when buying or selling a house.
