Teresa was amazing! Any time there was a problem she would respond as fast as possible. She was really available and looked our for my best interest. She advised me to the best of her capabilities and found answers when they were needed. There wasn't anything I would have changed about my experience.

She used her creative approach to produce a professional home fact book & price value comparison sheet, which overcame the perceived price ceiling resulting in a quick sale at my FULL asking price.

After having our house on the market for approx 8 months we asked that the original agent be relieved. Sully took over & after only a week, we had a contract in hand. After he took over, all situations were handled promptly & efficiently. He was very good about keeping in touch with us as the process of selling our house was taking place, which we greatly appreciated. Would we use Sully again? Absolutely … job well done!
