Leanne was very knowledgeable about the market and what needed to be in an offer to come out on top over multiple other offers. She was also willing to see lots of houses in a short time with and for me, even if I could not be there in person. Her video tours were extremely helpful in enabling me to choose a house from a different state.

While she was acting as the agent for the buyer, she made it very easy on me, the seller, as “for sale by owner”. She worked around my schedule and handled all the details so I wouldn’t have to. With my busy life this level of service was irreplaceable. She seems to know exactly how to match the right person with the right house and brought a qualified buyer. She walked me through every step of the process and always kept in communication with what the next step was and what to expect.
