because she was a go getter and came prepared with realistic pricing on this house (I'd tracked sold prices for 6 years so I knew what was realistic and the other realtors went on Kingsmill comps not Warehams point comps).Diane gave me contractors referrals right off the bat and set up meetings. She stayed on top of contractors and handled details locally that greatly helped since I was out of state. And she is always optimistic. Diane is amazing.
