It was a long distance sale as I was living out of state. She arranged for the transfer of paperwork in a timely fashion. She prepared the house for showing. She scheduled the cleaning and repair staff. The house sold in 2 days. Our success was Diane’s results because it was an average house that she prepared well and priced right.

She always responded promptly and was available on very short notice to answer questions or provide additional information. We had some unusual situations and if she did not have the answers from her extensive past experience, she obtained the information quickly from her broad network.

Diane really worked hard to sell this condo. There was a potential buyer from Canada (later we learned he also lived in Norfolk) that she spent much time and effort with to try and arrange a sale which did not occur and this buyer kept bothering her about "his really good offer" and "why won't they sell", etc. Her skill in dealing with difficult potential buyers is just one of her many talents. It is just a pleasure to work with Diane. Selling a condo in Kingsmill is complicated. I imagine that some agents would not wish to list that type of property. Diane is very familiar with the additional steps needed to accomplish this sale (KCSA requirements, Kingsmill and KCSA and Padgett's COA packets, etc.) and all of this was done without complications. And she was especially dedicated in helping to finally get us to a closing date when there were multiple unnecessary delays by the buyer's mortgage agent.

She ensured we were aware of every aspect of the sale. Diane was superb!
