She was always concerned that we came first and gave us good advice. Every time we were concerned about something she relieved our anxiety & was quick to respond to my texts when we had questions.

Denise came into my home and photographed the entire house for listing and presentation. While I had a lovely house she was able to make it look much better with her skills in taking pictures and presentation content in the pictures. She is easy to talk with and is a skilled negotiator. I have recommended her to several people and she is currently listing houses as a result of the good work she did for me in selling my house quickly and at almost full listing price.

Having moved 14 times in 31 years, we have worked with many realtors, most of them quite competent. However, Denise Fleischmann proved to be the best of them all by far. Having worked with her in the past few years, (2012-2013), she not only performed an excellent job of marketing and selling our former home, but went above and beyond in helping us locate and purchase our current home as well. She was always available, (and if we needed to leave a message, she was promptly returned our calls). She quickly tracked down any information we requested and performed her duties in a timely, skilled manner. She is also a wealth of information concerning Williamsburg and the surrounding areas (and has many contacts to turn to for any additional information that may prove to be helpful). In summary, she is a delight to work with......kind, courteous and entirely professional. We highly recommend her to anyone in need of a realtor !

This was my first home buying experience. Denise answered all my questions and took care of so many things that I was thankful that I didn't have to do. She was patient with me, as I am somewhat impatient and intense. She was always reassuring and helped me to understand. She's the best!

We would like to compliment your company on the professional treatment we received from Denise Fleischmann over the past 16-18 months. In the last 30 years, we have moved 14 times and have been involved in many home purchases and sales. We generally have always had competent courteous realtors, but in our opinion, Denise Fleischmann's assistance is by far the best we have ever ecperienced. She helped us locate just the right home to purchase, then went above and beyond in the marketing of our former home. For over 15 months, she patiently and relentlessly worked to do everything possible to bring a buyer our way, from professionally marketing our home to listing it in several areas, always making herself available to promptly answer questions, provide documents and provide assistance in a timely manner. The fact that our former home was located in a rural setting made it even more of a challenge to sell, but Denise worked tirelessly and optimistically to provide the best presentation possible. It was her wisdom, experience, dedication to her profession and answered prayer that brought us closure last month, on October 21. In addition to all of the above, we also appreciated Denise's honestly, sincerity, strong work ethic, kind heart and wonderful sense of humor. She was simply a joy to work with!
