Denise arranged for the granite company to come out to the house we were buying to give us an estimate on costs. She also helped us with finding contractors to do the repair work on our house. She helped us get rid of a basketball backboard that we didn't want to take with us when we moved.She helped us in many other ways as well. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.

I would like to offer a testament for Denise for her assistance in selling my mother's condo. The condo was purchased at the height of the market and her passing was so quick she wasn't in the condo long enough to pay down a significant portion of the mortgage. We had no other option other than to agree to a short sale. Her knowledge and perseverance assisted us in so many ways but her true dedication is what made our sale possible. I would highly recommend Denise to anyone that may be in need of completing a short sale for their residence.
