Shirley gave great advice on upgrades we could make and the return on investment for making them. The pictures she had taken of the house really helped it sell quickly. She was also very helpful with everything we needed to do to get our house ready to sell.

We had an excellent experience working with Shirley Hammond at the Newport News office! Selling a home in the winter around the holidays is always a challenge, but within a week of listing the home at Thanksgiving we had a bidding war and closed with an offer above asking price.
