She's always prompt at responding to any questions. Understanding. Beyond knowledgeable.

All the while being there for me while doing this transaction from England/Germany! She was always prepared with “I will take care of that” (through the transaction) or “I know a guy” (renovation work). I especially loved that she vouched on our behalf (without me having to ask) during a slight disagreement/delay from the seller side. I would absolutely refer her in the future!
