John Womeldorf is the best agent we've used in over 10 transactions in 31 years of moving with the Air Force!! Very professional and helpful. John was constantly keeping us informed and he was very responsive to our questions when we called from Washington, DC. He was superb. We'd recommend 'Mr. Williamsburg' to our friends!

We were in Guam and relied solely on John through the entire process. He found us our home, went to every inspection for us, took care of every issue quickly, dealt with the builder so we did not have to, took videos of the neighborhood for us and pictures along the way.
We feel very fortunate to have had John as our agent. He was extremely helpful every step of the way. He did absolutely everything and more for us and we couldn't be more pleased. John went above and beyond and for that we are thankful.

My experience with John Womeldorf has been exceptional. Certainly he is extremely warm and personable. But, probably more important, he has been extremely responsive and well informed. He has been quick to provide answers (from developers and others) and documentation (such as the many pages of Rules and Regulations in New Town), as we considered several properties. His computer expertise has eased the receipt and dissemination of information, including the scanning of executed documents that I can send along to my attorney. John's presentation of past sales, viewed on the screen in your conference room and then printed out, allowed me to make a well informed offer on a property in New Town.

John has a unique ability to look at property through the eyes of his client. His support was especially good for someone considering a purchase from far away. Virtual tours of properties and many digital photographs of interiors, exteriors, and neighborhoods arrived on my laptop and allowed me to have a much better sense of each property in advance of my visit.

Overall, John made me feel as though I was his only client and that he had all the time in the world to find me a property that I would love. We both know better than that. I am sure that he is serving a multitude of clients for your firm with the same incredible efforts.

John always made himself available to us and spent lots of time showing us properties. We really appreciate John's availability, knowledge of the Williamsburg area and the fact that he did not try to persuade us into something that we didn't want.

John was outstanding! We move every three years, so we have dealt with many realtors--John was by far the best. I would refer him to anyone! John was there for every phone call and email--he always responded in a timely manner. I loved him sending updated photos the most--since we bought sight unseen. John always went above and beyond for us--there wasn't anything he didn't do! He even video taped the drive from the neighborhood entrance to the house and sent it to us! Service was outstanding...John went above and beyond to make this as painless as possible. John was very helpful and provided quick responses to any concerns. His honesty was much appreciated in helping us with every detail. The extra touches like coordinating our fence installation and driving us to the airport were priceless. This was a very smooth transaction. John's competence left us with no gray areas and he truly looked out for us. He kept us informed verbally and with photos as the house was under construction. If we had any concerns, he was always helpful...an excellent agent. He did everything possible to be extremely helpful. John is a fantastic person as well as a great agent. John truly was outstanding!
