Edgerton Contracting is owned and operated by Ricky Edgerton. Ricky has been building exceptional homes on the Peninsula and beyond since 1980. Ricky likes to meet with his clients early on to help put their dreams on paper. Ricky prides himself on building with state of the art materials. He takes a trip once a year to attend the International Builders Show. He has traveled from Las Vegas, NV to Orlando, FL, and many more places to put forth the extra effort in researching new products. The Edgerton trademarks of open space and great lighting as well as low maintenance are evident in every home he builds. His product is a true testimonial to his comment to quality and customer satisfaction and has been seen throughout the years. Ricky has won numerous awards in previous Parade of Homes, such as Gold for best in show and is a two-time winner of the People Choice Award. Ricky was also voted Builder of the Year in 2005. He was president of the Peninsula Housing & Builders Association in 2004 and currently resides on the Board of Directors. He is also co-chairman for this years Parade of Homes Committee. Ricky resides in York County with his wife Alice and his daughters Renea, Jenny, Gabrielle and his son Joshua.
