The Settlement at Powhatan Creek is a gated custom home community for active adults aged 55 and older. Located on Monticello Avenue, heading west, it is an area of gently rolling scenic beauty and is just minutes from New Town and Colonial Williamsburg. The development is set on 225 acres and is approved for 400 homes. Currently, the planned 280 manor homes, cottages and townhomes are finished, under construction or slated to be built. In the future, a 20 acre tract near the front will become the home for 120 condominiums for seniors.
