Henrico, VA
Henrico is a large county with a rich history dating back to 1611 when it was founded as the Citie of Henricus. It is one of the oldest counties in the United States in fact!
Henrico curves around the City of Richmond, surrounding it to the west, the north, and the east with the Chickahominy River to the north and the James River and the city of Richmond to the south.
Henrico offers much variety in urban, suburban and rural settings and is convenient to all the area interstates including I 64, I 95, and I 295. Here you can find local landmarks including Lewis Ginter Botanical Gardens, Richmond International Raceway, and Richmond International Airport, along with many grocery stores, shopping centers, hospitals, and excellent schools.
