The contest is open to the adult general public except: (a) Elizabeth B. Moore, President of Liz Moore & Associates, LLC (“Liz Moore”), and her family members, and (b) professional photographers, all of whom are not eligible. You must be 18 years of age or older at time of entry to be eligible to enter and win this contest.
One entry per person.
Enter the contest by submitting one photo or one video of your home holiday lights display to lights@lizmoore.com by 5:00 pm EST on December 15, 2022. The email should include your full name and street address. Liz Moore reserves the right to reject emails and attachments it deems, in its sole discretion, suspicious and risky.
Liz Moore cannot accept professional photos even if the photographer has given licensing rights. ONLY non-professional (amateur) photographs of your home, taken by you, will be accepted.
All entries will be posted to the Liz Moore company Facebook page at facebook.com/lizmooreinsider on December 16, 2022 for voting. Winner will be determined by the photo or video posted on facebook.com/lizmooreinsider with the most combined number of likes and loves Facebook reactions. Voting will close at 2:00 pm EST on December 22, 2022. Liz Moore reserves the right to determine the validity of the Facebook profiles voting in the contest and to reject entries that receive anomalous votes or voting patterns. For example, bots will be rejected as well as multiple votes from the same IP address.
Contest winner will be notified via email and will be announced on the Liz Moore Facebook and Instagram pages on Dec 23, 2022. The winner will receive a $200 check, payable to the entrant, to use toward your January home electric bill. No cash substitutions permitted. Prize is non-transferable.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. This contest is void where prohibited by law. This contest is not affiliated with Facebook. By uploading a photo or video and entering the contest, you grant Liz Moore & Associates, LLC an irrevocable, worldwide, and royalty free right and license to reproduce, publish, broadcast, display, and otherwise use the photo or video on air, online, or in any other media – and Liz Moore & Associates, LLC need not obtain further permission from you to do so. You further grant and give Liz Moore & Associates, LLC permission to, and the right to, use and publish your proper name and state online and in print, or any other media, in connection with this contest. You represent and warrant to Liz Moore & Associates, LLC that you have the full right and authority to upload the photo or video, that you are the copyright owner, and that you have the full right and authority grant the foregoing right(s) and license. You agree to indemnify, defend, save and hold harmless Liz Moore & Associates, LLC from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, judgments, costs, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees and court costs) incurred by any of them in connection with any breach of the foregoing representation(s) and warranty(s).
Contest entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of Liz Moore & Associates, LLC, which are final on all matters pertaining to the contest.
