The National Association of Realtors recently reached a settlement in over a dozen class action lawsuits between home sellers and the real estate industry regarding how real estate agents are paid. The settlement imposes changes and new rules on MLS's across the country, removing all offers of compensation from the MLS.
At Liz Moore & Associates, we believe that buyer agents are essential to successful real estate transactions. We also understand that transparency regarding commissions is important, and so we've created this page to share what our sellers are willing to consider paying buyer agents.
Some of our Seller clients have chosen to authorize us to offer specific buyer compensation up front - in those cases, you will see the amount of compensation offered in the right-hand column.
Other clients are open to considering paying buyer compensation but reserve the right to negotiate it based on the sales price (and other terms of the offers). In that case, you will see "negotiable" in the amount of compensation offered column..
