About Tammy Smith
As a lifelong resident of Williamsburg, I would love to share my experience about our wonderful community to make sure your next move is everything you have hoped for. 24+ years of award winning sales has taught me to be a fierce advocate for my clients; I have done everything from corporate relocation to short sales and foreclosures to new homes – and much in between!
My husband Rick and I just celebrated our 40th
wedding anniversary (we had the best time in Aruba). We have a wonderful daughter, Stephanie, she and her husband Alex, who is in the Navy, live in Florida. We live on a tributary of the James River in Shellbank Woods, and enjoy eating supper, having coffee or a glass of wine on our tree top porch, watching all of the wildlife and seasons. Being on the water is just one of the special real estate opportunities that our area has to offer… I would love to help you find YOUR dream home!
When I’m not working (which isn’t very often, because I love my job!), I enjoy boating, travelling, and spending time with friends.
As a full time agent I have the achieved the following designations, awards and achievements:
