About Tammy Smith

Listing tools such as a pre-listing home inspection and appraisal, staging, professional photography, Matterport and digital marketing help to streamline the process.

My husband Rick and I have been married for 45 years and have always lived in Williamsburg. We have a wonderful daughter, Stephanie, she and her husband Alex, who is in the Navy, live in Florida. We live on a tributary of the James River in Shellbank Woods, and enjoy eating supper, having coffee or a glass of wine on our tree top porch, watching all of the wildlife and seasons. When I'm not working (which isn't very often, because I love my job!), I enjoy boating, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
