Faith grew up in Lynchburg, Virginia followed by moving to several different states before she moved to the Cleveland Ohio area where she raised her sons Christopher and Nathan. She also met Peter, who was a General Contractor and had hired her to represent him to market his new construction homes. Peter has been a successful Realtor and General Contractor for many years. Together, they have built a growing real estate business both in Ohio and Virginia. Faith & Peter are the perfect combination offering their clients a well-rounded real estate experience.

Faith began her real estate career in 1991 at the Smythe Cramer Company. There she had the opportunity to work side by side with several of the company's top agents, honing her skills as a Realtor. By 1993, in only two years' time, she became one of Smythe Cramer's rising agents. She also trained to become a Relocation Specialist and a Homes of Distinction Specialist while at Smythe Cramer. She also became a preferred agent for a Luthren supported senior facility where she helped many homeowners sell their homes so they could move into a much easier living environment as they aged. Faith has earned her Seniors Real Estate Specialist designation allowing her to guide seniors to the “right” size at a very important time in their life journey. In 2020, Faith was recognized a "Rainmaker", awarded to the top 20% of Liz Moore and Associates agents.
