Having moved almost 30 times in my life, I understand how important a smooth move must be! I have lived all over the country with my husband of 50+ years, David, but we now call Williamsburg home having lived here for a total of 35+ years!
I joined Liz Moore in August of 2014 and by the grace of God, I have excelled in my Real Estate career. I earned the “Rookie of the Year” my first year and have been in the top 20% of our sales force and top 10% of agents on the Peninsula ever since. Prior to working with Liz Moore and Associates, I worked in new homes sales with Wayne Harbin Builder (2010) and then moved to Ryan Homes for several years. Having the combination of new construction and resale experience helps me give my clients the advice they need. The communities which I love and serve the most are Stonehouse at Mill Pond, The Settlement at Powhatan Creek and Longhill Station. I have lived in two of these communities so I know what they have to offer as far as amenities, nearby shopping and dining, schools and property values. The Settlement houses many friends from working there when it was a totally new community and watching it expand to its completion.
On a personal note, I am the proud mother of 4 grown daughters, Rebekah, Ridgley, Catie and Laura. I'm Nana to 3 grandsons Elijah, Avery and Brooks and 3 granddaughters Harper, Peyton and Blake . I also am 'Mom' to 3 yellow labs Piper, Triscuit and Camden and a cockatiel named Lilly! I just celebrated my 50th Anniversary with my husband David surrounded by loved ones and special friends with Good Shot Judy, a local 10 piece swing band, as our entertainment! I enjoy attending as many activities of my Grands as I can - swimming, gymnastics, t-ball and home tutoring Monday through Thursday as well as getting them where they need to be!
My passion is serving others whether it be as part of my job or in the community. As a realtor, I strive to make the process as seamless and stress free as possible. I am with you every step of the way providing whatever advice you need - lenders, Title Companies, home inspectors, contractors, negotiating strategies, etc. In the community I am actively involved in my church King of Glory, Bible Study, Stonehouse Splash Swim Team and community events and supporting the philanthropic efforts of Liz Moore and Associates - The Angel Tree for Dominion Village, Cupcake Wars for CHKD, Potluck for a Purpose for individual Charities and the Shredding Event .
