This was my first experience selling a house as a widow. Meg took all of the stress out of the process with her quiet competence. She was friendly, kind, and always available, answering my texts and calls immediately. Although I know she had other clients at the time, she made me feel as if mine were the only one. She worked extremely well with the buyers agent, and negotiated a price that both sides approved. Provided suggestions for people to do needed repairs, moving companies, recommended a wonderful consignment lady who came to the house to pick up items. Meg also delivered some consignment items.
