Lyn was wonderful! I wanted my parents to help me look at houses since this was my first time buying and since they could only come for one weekend she took us to over a dozen houses in two days! Not to mention she was incredibly flexible - we were all checking listings throughout the day and constantly adding/removing houses to see at the last minute. The house I ended up buying actually went on the market at midnight that Saturday and she got us in there first thing Sunday morning! Once I put my offer in she was incredibly responsive and patient with all of my first-time home buyer questions and concerns and I never felt that she was trying to pressure me into something (unlike my parents!). She would respond to phone calls, texts, and emails almost always immediately or within the hour. I cannot recommend her enough, especially for first-time buyers!

Getting us set up before we even arrived for our trip to buy a house (we were coming from out of town). She took the time to get to know us, see our house (through photos) in Florida and send us links to view houses online, so we could narrow down the ones we wanted to see in person.
