This was a difficult situation because the house needed so much work and I live out of town. We needed a plumber, an electrician, a landscaper, a painter, brick and mortar repair, a maid service and drywall repair work completed, before we could even put the house on the market. Jake handled it all and later staged the house so beautifully, it sold almost immediately. It would have taken us months to find repair people and get the house ready to sell if we didn't have Jake as our realtor. I would recommend Brigit to anyone and everyone! We were located out of state while looking for a house and she drove to homes to take pictures/videos when we needed them. She offered to pick me up from the airport when flying in for the inspection. She reached out to some of the neighbors via handwritten letter letting them know we would be moving in. She was so knowledgeable about the houses and the areas they were in but presented all the information in such a non-biased way; it made us feel very comfortable and supported that she truly wanted to find the right home for us.

Then my husband did some research and hired Sully and Teresa. They arranged the photo session with staging, which turned out to be much better than our previous one. We received a few offers before house showed up on Zillow and such. It was the first week of house being on the market. Throughout the process they were very helpful.
