Teresa was absolutely on top of things!

We sold a house and bought a condo. I did EXACTLY what she said to do, and we won all the way around. What Teresa did that we found most valuable was that the house book available on pdf. and listings on line, photos were excellent, having a partner in Sully was also helpful, so I was never without an answer to a question, paying for staging expert, knowing handyman to fix things and the best home inspection man on the Peninsula (Jamison Brown). Terrific recommendation for a moving company. I will absolutely refer Teresa and Liz Moore & Associates in the future. She just seems to know the answer to everything.

I'm now living the good life in Gloucester!

Teresa and Sully were very through with the initial inspection of my home and had indicated some things that needed to be addressed to prepare the house for showing. Had it not been for their keen eyes I’m sure I would have missed many items that needed correction before putting it on the market. As it turned out, I got more than I was asking for. On the down side though, I did have to make some repairs after the inspection in order to close the deal, but I was ok with that and Teresa and Sully helped me thru that process as well. All in all the whole process went smoothly and I did not feel so vulnerable knowing Teresa and Sully were with me and available at all times. I'm now living the good life in Gloucester!

We did a remote purchase (from Germany) and the Sullivans were very helpful with our unique problems. Sully was on time for appointments and prepared to answer any questions. Over the last 25 years I have bought and sold two homes with The Sullivans. I met Sully in his rookie year. Even then, he explained everything I didn't know that I needed to know starting with buyer's agent and seller's agent and why it is important. An unexpected job opportunity required my quick departure from our home in Newport News.
