Jennifer is more than an agent. She staged our home and even pitched in at times to help prepare it. She also used some of her inventory to help stage. She checked up on us after the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home in N.C. She always answers her phone or return calls, texts and emails right away. She helped us find a great agent in N.C. to assist with our purchase there. She guided us in every part of the process. She fought for us when the agent for the buyer of our sold property was non responsive and at times unprofessional. Her efforts in the sale of our home helped us to close on our new home one day after the sale of our old home. She has had events at her home for several of her clients. She treated us as though we were her only clients, even though she had several others. She is the best and we could not have done it without her. Her advice and guidance helped our house to get multiple views, resulting in two solid offers on the first day of showing. They went above and beyond when getting our house prepared to go on the market. I could not have dreamed of a better scenario. The Sullivans teamed up to ensure repairs were done and met delivery personnel at the house whenever needed. My wife and I live out of town and were unable to be there to meet any contractors. Their extensive knowledge of Coventry (or the market) and their willingness to get the job done is very evident. They tackled each challenge with a can do attitude and constantly came up with solutions to problems. Everything was handled very professionally and promptly.
