We were remote buyers living in two separate locations (one being active military) and Ellen went above and beyond in scheduling video tours that worked on our schedule and that got us in quick enough to have a shot at making an offer. She went in to every attic that we asked to see and got in every bathtub to see if it would fit an adult human.
