When the rental I wanted went a little sideways, Kim sent me a new list. When I was looking through the list I found the perfect condo to buy. Kim easily transitioned into helping me to buy it. She had to do almost everything since I was not in the area. I felt very comfortable trusting her to look at the condo with a critical buyer's eye, and it is a perfect choice for me.
